SAFETY

·         All our bouncy castles are fully safety compliant and are PIPA tested.

·         We are also a member of the BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance). 

·         We have public liability insurance covering all our bouncy castles.

·         All our electrical equipment is PAT tested. 

·         We supply RCD breakers with extension leads to protect customers’ internal wiring.

·         Our bouncy castles come complete with rain covers and mats are provided also.

·         In the event of severe weather conditions such as heavy rainfall, you are fully entitled to cancel your booking with Boomerang Bouncers and we would request that you inform us as soon as possible on the day of the hire or possibly the evening beforehand that you wish to do so.

·         Should there be severe weather conditions Boomerang Bouncers may themselves take the decision to cancel the booking for the safety of all concerned.  If a booking is cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be provided to the customer if any payment has been taken before the day of the party.

·         Please ensure you have enough room for the bouncy castle.  Each bouncy castle will require around 4’ to the rear and 2-3’ either side for easy access.  Please remove any washing lines, obstructions and anything on the ground which could affect the bouncy castle, i.e. large stones or dogs mess.  Bouncy castles will not be hired out for use on a hill or slope.

·         Bouncy castles without supervision can be dangerous. It is a requirement of the hiring agreement between Boomerang Bouncers and the customer that a responsible adult is in constant supervision of the bouncy castle at all times, whilst in the care of the hirer.

·         We would ask that no pets, shoes, jewellery or any food or drink is allowed near or on the bouncy castle.

·         No adults are allowed on the bouncy castle, however tempting it may be!

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.

 The person/s or organisation hiring this inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

 These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

 Our Company (Boomerang Bouncers) cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

 I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above.  I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e.:  if it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
